  • Why Virtual Counselling?
Due to the changing nature of our society, e-counselling has become a necessary treatment option. In-person sessions are held at our comfortable and welcoming practice location and are available on a limited basis.
  • What should I expect during my first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your reasons for seeking counseling, your goals, and any specific concerns you have. This session also allows you to ask questions and understand our approach. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your needs and sets the foundation for our work together.
  • How do I know if counselling is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with any aspect of your life, counseling could be a valuable resource.
